You purchase one ownership share in the cooperative. This is a one-time cost scaled according to the size of the home you select. You’ll then pay a monthly fee which covers your portion of the cooperative’s mortgage, heat, telephone, Wi-Fi, TV service, inside and outside maintenance and reserve funding. Additional costs will include electricity, HO6 insurance and your underground parking space, if you wish.
